Brand Owners is led by Patrick de Hart. He has been building e-commerce brands since 2018, with two exits and 8 figures in sales behind him.

We still run our own brands. Along the way we found out how much we enjoy helping other founders grow theirs, so together with our team we moved into consulting.

Our real passion is automation: building custom systems and software for brands. We chose to do this purely for e-commerce, because that is where our expertise is, and we have already built some great projects.

Questions we always get.

What is the difference between consulting and automation?+

Consulting is us working with you on strategy: ads, creatives, offer, store and scaling, with weekly calls and a 90-day plan. Automation is us building systems for your store, such as a creative engine or a customer service agent. Many brands start with one and add the other later.

What guarantees do you give?+

Consulting: if you are not satisfied, you get your money back. We agree the exact conditions in writing before we start. Automation: you pay 50% upfront and the other 50% only on delivery, once your system is live and working as agreed. We can offer this because we only take on brands we believe we can help.

What revenue do I need?+

For consulting your store should already be selling. The €100k to €500k a month goal is an example; we set a realistic target together after we've seen your numbers. For automation there is no minimum, but the impact is biggest once there is volume to automate.

Is this a course?+

No. There are no videos to watch and no templates. You work directly with us and our team on your own store.

What does automation cost?+

You start with a free audit and a working demo. After that you get a fixed price per system. No hourly billing, and you own the code.

What happens after I apply?+

We review every application personally. If there's a fit, we contact you within two working days via WhatsApp or email. If there isn't, we tell you that too.
