What's the minimum requirement to apply?

Your DTC brand needs to be doing at least €100K per month in revenue, with healthy margins and a clean cap table — meaning no outside investors. We work with founders who've proven their product, not those still searching for it.

Do you take equity in the brands you work with?

Only in our equity partnership — Founders Table. There we take a stake in exchange for full operating capacity: weekly strategy, network access, capital lines, and skin in the game. If you'd rather pay a fixed fee and keep 100% ownership, that's what The Operator Desk is for.

How long does it take to see results?

The first wins typically come within 30-60 days — usually from creative system overhauls and supply chain optimization. Real scale to €1M+ per month is a 9-18 month trajectory depending on category, market saturation, and how much capital you're willing to deploy. We're transparent about timelines in week one.

Where are you based?

We operate from the Netherlands but work across nine markets. Brands we partner with don't need to be in any specific country — we've scaled DTC brands across NL, BE, DE, FR, ES, UK, US, CA, and AU. Supply runs out of China, fulfilment hits worldwide.

Is this just coaching or consulting in disguise?

No. We don't sell courses, we don't run group calls, and we don't deliver decks. We operate. That means hands on the levers — direct response strategy, creative production, native ad buying, supply negotiations, capital introductions. If you want a coach, we're not it.

What if my brand isn't in the e-commerce categories you've worked in?

We're category-agnostic when fundamentals are strong: physical product, repeat purchase potential, healthy margins, and a story worth telling. We've operated in supplements, apparel, beauty, home, and accessories. If your brand has those bones, the rest is mechanics.

How do I know this will work for my brand?
